Adviser conferences: help or hindrance?
Adviser conferences are important. It’s hugely helpful, every now and again, to take a step back from the day-to-day of running our businesses, and broaden our horizons and develop our knowledge and understanding.
Unfortunately, such events are often hijacked by fund providers who of course have their own agenda.
In my latest post for The Evidence-Based Investor, I write about a rather unusual experience I had at a recent conference, and explore the reasons why conferences aren’t always particularly helpful.
The day I was asked to leave an advice conference
